Our returns policy is valid for 30 days, to benefit from it you must return the products to us within 30 days. After these 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow a resale by the Company. In the event of receipt of opened, heavily used, incomplete, damaged or soiled Products, the Company will not provide any reimbursement and may even, if it deems it necessary and appropriate, hold the Customer liable for depreciation of the Product. 

Certain types of consumable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned

* Personal items that may present a hygienic risk.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where reimbursement may be refused.

* Any item with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Shipping


To return a product, please contact us by email at

contact@monourson.fr  we will send you a form to complete as well as a return address. Please note that returns may need to be sent outside the EU in accordance with our T&Cs.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item worth more than €20, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

To facilitate your return request, we may ask you for a photo or video of the product.
